The only reason the Beechworth Bakery today is Australia's greatest bakery is because we recognized right from the start that without excellence in people there's no excellence in business.
Anyone can make a decent pie; that's no great achievement, right? What IS a great achievement is finding the right people with the right attitude and the right motivation. People who love interacting with others. Who love helping others. And who believe in what we stand for.
